PFMO does not filter, edit, publish or review comments prior to their presence on the Website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of PFMO, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. 4.4 The organizations referred to in above 4.2 may link to PFMO’s home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
4.5 If you are one of the organizations listed in 4.2 above and are interested in linking to the Website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to the Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link.
4.6 Approved organizations may hyperlink to the Website as follows:

- Limited warranties
7.1 PFMO does not warrant or represent:
(a) The completeness or accuracy of the information published on the Website;

(c) That the Website or any service on the Website will remain available.

8.5 FFMO shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend PFMO against any and all claims and liabilities that PFMO may sustain as a result of the use of any of the Website’s data on your website. No link(s) should appear on any website (including, if applicable, your website) that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

- Breaches of these Terms and Conditions
10.1 Without prejudice to PFMO other rights under these Terms and Conditions, if you breach these Terms and Conditions in any way, or if PFMO reasonably suspect that you have breached these Terms and Conditions in any way, PFMO may:
(a) Send you one or more formal warnings;
(b) Temporarily suspend your access the Website;
(c) Permanently prohibit you from accessing the Website (either by locking computers using your IP address from accessing the Website; or by contacting any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to the Website); and/or
(d) Take legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.
10.2 Where PFMO suspends or prohibits or blocks your access to the Website or a part thereof, you must not take any action to circumvent such suspension or prohibition or blocking.

13.2 You may not without PFMO’s prior written consent assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
- Severability
14.1 If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
14.2 If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these Terms and Conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
- Entire agreement
Subject to above 8, these Terms and Conditions, together with PFMO’s Privacy Policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and PFMO in relation to your use of the Website.
- Law and jurisdiction
16.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Lebanese Law.
16.2 Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the competent Lebanese courts.
